The Calgary Police Service is investigating the theft of hundreds of batteries from a northeast bus yard. Sometime between 2 p.m., on Sunday, Dec. 7, and 5:30 a.m., on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, 237 batteries were stolen from 79 school busses (three per bus) at a private yard located at 8220 48 Ave. N.E.
