The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance to help locate a man responsible for a bank robbery in the southwest. At approximately 4 p.m., on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2014, a lone man entered the CIBC located on the 100 block of Shawville Boulevard S.W. He waited in line for the next available teller and, once at the wicket, produced a robbery note demanding cash. The victim complied and the suspect left the bank with an undisclosed quantity of cash. The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 6’ tall, medium build and had stubble. He was wearing a black toque, prescription black-framed glasses, a black hoodie, black pants, running shoes.
